History
The Racquet Club Condominium, built in 1972, was likely constructed with the 1979 Pan American Games in mind, serving as accommodations for racquet sports athletes. After the games, the building transitioned into a residential property available for purchase.
In the 1980s, my grandparents learned about this property as a promising investment opportunity. My grandfather was not one to indulge in luxury, but it was my grandmother who convinced him to explore the idea.
Initially, they were considering a unit on a lower floor, but my grandmother, captivated by the thought of a better view, insisted on seeing the top-floor unit. The moment they stepped onto the rooftop and took in the breathtaking panorama, they knew this was the place to be.
Despite three other couples waiting to view the unit, they made the decision on the spot and purchased the property right then and there. That moment marked the beginning of a special connection with this unique home.

My grandmother always had a knack for finding hidden gems, and this rooftop garden was one of them. She planted trees that still flourish today, and we have continued to nurture her vision. It's a truly special place where you feel on top of the world.

From here, you can see the other hotels that feature bars and casinos on their top floors for the same incredible view—but our space is private, offering the same breathtaking sights in a more personal setting.
